Overview

This guide outlines the steps to configure Netcash as your payment provider in Itensity. The integration supports Credit Card and Instant EFT payments through the Pay Now service. Setup includes permission configuration, Netcash account details, and support communication.

Prerequisites

  • A registered Netcash account with Pay Now enabled

  • Your unique Itensity domain URL (e.g., yourclub.itensityonline.com)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to Payment Gateway Setup

  • Go to Setup > Payment Gateway

  • Click Create Payment Gateway

  • Select Netcash as the payment provider

  • Enter the required details

2. Log Into Netcash

3. Collect Required Information

  • Copy your Service Key

  • Paste the key into Itensity > Payment Gateway Setup

  • Select only:

    • Credit Card

    • Instant EFT

Do NOT select other payment options.

Any other option will be successfully deducted from the member but will not reflect on Itensity

4. Configure Redirect URLs

For each of the four redirect fields in Netcash, use the format below (replace with your club’s actual domain):

Note: How to Get Your URL

  1. Log in to your Itensity account.

  2. At the top of your browser, copy the website address (e.g. https://yourfacility.itensityonline.com).

  3. Add this to the end of the address:

/onlinepaymentresponse.php

  1. Use this full link for all of these in Netcash:

  • Accept URL

  • Decline URL

  • Notify URL

  • Redirect URL

Additional Netcash Settings

  • Ensure Accepted Payments: Credit Card only

  • Ignore Errors: Must be disabled

  • Do not enable other unsupported options

Final Steps

6. Notify Itensity Support

Send the following to support@itensityonline.com:

  • Your Service Key

  • Preferred credit package sizes, names, and bundles

  • Confirmation that only Credit Card is enabled and errors are not ignored

Notes & Best Practices

  • Always use your Itensity-provided domain when entering redirect URLs

  • Avoid enabling unsupported Netcash payment types

  • Confirm all settings with Support before going live
